The Rules of Engagement or RoE are a set of player-made rules unique to the Star Trek Fleet Command server you are on: EU400. These rules are not enforced by scopely but by the playerbase and are judged on the server’s dedicated discord server.
The Rules of Engagement can change frequently based on player voting. The current rules are known as the Active RoE and are in effect since the 16th of December 2024.
1) On a zero node outside alliance territory
2) Entering foreign/unowned alliance territory
3) Engaging in PvP or base raids
4) On an inappropriate node in a fully occupied system
5) On an inappropriate node needed for personal use
(Inappropriate means: Non-D’Vors on raw latinum, D’Vors not on raw latinum, Non-Feeshas on Concentrated Latinum unless it is an FKR survey with Officer Arrock as captain.)
1) PvP in specific token space scores for event
2) Anything other than Voyagers occupy anomaly nodes
3) Usage of Debuffs is considered PvP action and prohibited
1) Franklin/Franklin-A in swarm space
2) UPC Monaveens in Texas space
3) UPC Voyagers in open DQ summoning space
4) No interaction with summoned hostiles by other players
1) Another player opening the exact same armada while you timer is still active and ongoing is considered a PvP action and prohibited
2) An armada or entity damaged by another player is not to be engaged for 60 seconds after it is failed or you spotted it, whichever is most recent
